"Since the world is world, even before being it, everything that exists and also what we do not perceive is made up of elements, which allow us to differentiate them from each other.

The periodic table of chemical elements, first published by Mendeleev in 1869, is used to organize all the elements according to their chemical properties.
On one of his many expeditions during his research into the elements, Mendeleev made a fortuitous foray into a deep taiga forest and discovered a small village inhabited by a diverse group of people who inspired him to name the elements that would make up his periodic table. In this village, which he called Alkymia, lived the different elements that surround our lives, each performing a specific function and thus helping to sustain life on the planet."
