"The fable of Pinocchio returns 20 years after the failure that saw him born.

A gigantic blue fairy, who in the original fable turned Pinocchio into a real boy, this time sets him on fire to turn him into a ninot de falla, which is his wish.

The fairy, as a symbol of rebirth and prosperity, intends to set fire to the city of Valencia, the most important buildings are on fire in its wake. On its wake a fallero court celebrates the achievement of an award.

Gepetto rests in his workshop with the fallas stored that could not be planted. Ruined, he laments his poor economic situation.
At the fair, the villains try to profit from the pandemic situation.
The jury behaves like a fox and awards the prizes at its free will."
