"That was the motto popularized decades ago by Jacques Cousteau, the first naturalist to launch an SOS to alert about the deterioration of the planet.

A weathervane with a white flag indicates that the commitment is still valid today. It is a tragicomic landscape, a series of animals appear that have not survived the contamination. Other mammals and reptiles look to the future with hope, although forced to adopt artificial behaviors.

Global warming speeds up melting and endangers polar bears. The tortoise protects the tree of life from human aggressiveness with its shell.

"Australia suffered the worst fires in its history that left thousands of animals, including koalas, without their habitat. We represent this catastrophe with the following scene.

In it we observe how the habitat of the koalas and of all the animals that live in it has been reduced to the last place with water to survive while around them the only what remains is desert."

"This scene wants to show the deforestation of the jungles of Borneo due to the exhaustive exploitation and production of palm oil.

An orangutan is shown on the back of a Calao, an endemic bird of this ecosystem. The animals protect each other but are also ready to fly away from their already destroyed home."

"Flamingos, typical animals of wetlands around the world, want to make us a wake-up call. Wetlands are suffering the worst drought in their history, seeing their water volume reduced to record lows.

Without going any further, the Albufera de Valencia has seen its volume of water reduced by 85% in recent years. In addition, the contamination that affects 40% of the aquifers in all of Spain due to agricultural and livestock waste, influences the quality of the little water that remains in the wetlands."

"The jungle is on high alert due to the levels of deforestation that it is reaching. The number of fires it is experiencing has increased by 80% compared to last year and is due to deforestation.

Trees are being cut down as a result of industrial logging and replaced by cranes to build cattle farms, mainly, although soybean crops are also taking the place that the forest used to occupy.
These cranes become the new habitat for animals such as parrots."

"Nature and animals become what we are creating. An industrial world that we do not hesitate to make grow excessively.

Trees are confused with pipes, animals appear in mechanical forms and those that can, adapt to their needs in the world we are creating.
Oil spills have been the cause of many natural catastrophes over the past decades. The most recent oil spill in the Arctic is threatening the habitat of the animals that live there, as well as their survival, which is affected by the pollution of the waters and the ice."

"Already extinct animals are represented made of wood, moss and other organic materials. They are already part of our history, they are no longer there, we can only see them as a reminder and integrated into nature itself.

Just like the tiger at the top, made up of leaves and branches that are blown away by the strong wind until they disappear. We also found a book where we remember already extinct species that we will never see again on Earth."
